It covers bookings across every product line the agency sells, flights, hotels, visas, insurance, tours, cruises, car rental, rail, eSIMs, and event and lounge access, with proper financial accounting built directly into the system rather than bolted on afterward.
It is a bespoke Laravel build, not a customised off-the-shelf booking template. The chart of accounts, the product-line coverage, and the reporting were designed around how this specific agency sells, and the system is live in production today, handling real bookings and real accounting.
